Proper Jobs is an app for freelance outdoor instructors and the activity centres that book them. A centre posts a slot, nearby instructors who teach that activity hear about it, and the session ends up in both diaries.

Find your next session, not your next admin job.
Set your travel radius, the activities you teach and your qualifications once. When a centre within range posts a slot for something you teach, your phone tells you. Follow the centres you work for most and you’ll also hear about slots they only offer to their regulars. Apply from the slot, and the centre replies in the app rather than by text or voicemail.
Accepted sessions go straight into your schedule, next to your history and photos of your certificates. If a ticket is about to run out, the app reminds you in time to book the refresher.

Fill every slot with the right instructor.
Post a slot with the date, time, activity and the qualifications it needs. It’s quicker than the staff WhatsApp group, and nobody replies with just a thumbs-up.
Offer a slot to your regular instructors first, then open it up to everyone nearby if nobody takes it. You see each applicant’s profile and tickets before you accept anyone, and every slot you post goes into a calendar feed you can subscribe to from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
